Small Group personal training
Most of our of members start with some one to one personal training then progress to Small Group Personal Training.
We have now made SGPT available to everyone without the need to start with one to one.
Small Group Personal Training is when a few like minded members at similar level get exclusive use of our gym at fixed times on the schedule.
SGPT is the same programme as one to one personal training but at a fraction of the cost.
You get optional nutrition support, weekly body composition check ins, home workouts plus the small group motivating dynamic that makes up our community
Each session has three levels to choose from and is overseen by one of our very experienced coaches
We offer a non intimidating supportive small group environment whilst respecting every ones privacy and space
